SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

Gamar ships globally with insured mail providers and aims to dispatch your purchase within 4 working days for all items in the regular collection. 

Shipping fees & delivery delays are calculated at check-out and are determined based on the country being shipped-to.

Shipment might be subject to additional customs & duties charges once received in your home country and these are entirely the responsibility of the customer.  Please note that customs procedures in your home country might extend delivery time.

CUSTOM MADE & BESPOKE ORDERS:

For made-to-order purchases of collection designs in solid gold & from the Fine Gold collection, please expect a delivery time of between 4-6 weeks.  Delivery time for one-of-a-kind Bespoke pieces designed especially for you will depend on the complexity of the design and the final approval of the design by the customer.  All of this will be discussed at the outset of initiating a Bespoke design process.  All sales of Custom & Bespoke pieces are final.

 

RETURNS:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from the regular collection, Gamar offers a 14-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 14 days after receiving your item. 

Please note Gamar does not accept returns on Fine Gold, custom made or sale pieces.  Sale of these items are therefore final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning unworn, unused, in its original packaging and with all tags intact.  You will also need the original receipt.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.  Return of undamaged goods for exchange/refunds is entirely at customer's cost & risk and Gamar cannot be responsible for any return shipments that may be lost or damaged in transit.

Regrettably, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

Gamar aims to process returns and refunds within 5 business days once received, but please understand this may take a little longer during busy periods. 

 

DAMAGED & INCORRECT ORDERS:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Gamar immediately at info@GamarJewellery.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.  In the case of such an event, Gamar will cover all shipping costs and honour either a full return or an exchange, depending on the customer's wishes.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
All sales are final on Fine Gold collection pieces, custom orders and sale items.
